Paul is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the BC Outrageous Entertainment Group and is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the company’s digital entertainment businesses.

Based in Adelaide, Australia, Paul founded BC Outrageous Entertainment with the vision of building a modern digital entertainment ecosystem operating across international markets. His interests sit at the intersection of online gaming, technology, digital media and marketing, where he is focused on developing scalable platforms that connect gaming operations, media networks and global digital audiences.

Paul brings decades of entrepreneurial experience, having successfully built and operated his own independent business for nearly three decades. Through this experience he developed strong operational discipline, client management skills and a long-term approach to building sustainable businesses.

At BC Outrageous Entertainment, Paul’s focus is on building a portfolio of internationally recognised digital gaming and media brands supported by strong operational foundations, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth.

Kelli is the Chief Operations Officer of BC Outrageous Entertainment and is responsible for leading the operational strategy and execution across the group’s digital gaming and media businesses.

Kelli brings more than two decades of executive and senior leadership experience across the online wagering, gaming and digital services industries. Throughout her career she has held senior operational and executive roles with organisations including CrownBet/BetEasy, Sportsbet, Luxury Escapes and SportChamps, where she was responsible for large-scale customer operations, wagering services, payments, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

Her experience spans the full operational lifecycle of digital businesses, including platform launches, operational transformation, customer experience strategy, payments and risk management, and the development of high-performing operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Kelli has extensive experience working within highly regulated environments and has played a key role in building operational frameworks that support compliance with wagering legislation, responsible gaming requirements and financial crime controls.

At BC Outrageous Entertainment, Kelli is responsible for the development and management of the company’s operational structures and governance frameworks, including customer operations, payments infrastructure, risk management and offshore operational teams. Her focus is on building scalable, compliant and efficient operating models that support the long-term growth of the company’s international digital gaming platforms.
